Hoffman Handpainted Batik Strips

This is my latest creation using one of the new Bali Pops, to be released to stores this month.

Using inspiration from a Moda Bake shop pattern, and my 60 degree ruler, I created this quilt for myself.  I backed it with an orange minky fabric.  It will be the perfect couch quilt.

The quilting was inspired by Angela Walters.  I used a variegated King Tut thread that had orange, yellow, red and pink.  Perfect for this quilt.  I can hardly wait to snuggle under it!

  1. Yummy, your quilting is wonderful!!!

  2. Lovely quilt! Got a love those batiks. Colours are amazing!

  3. Once again fabulous quilting. Why can't straight lines look that good!

  4. Looks like candy corn. Candy corn brings back wonderful memories of driving with my grandparents to my great grandmother's. Nice quilt!
