Jelly Turnover Quilt

I love cruising through the Moda Bake Shop for inspiration.  Todays quilt was made from the Jelly Turnover pattern available here.  I started with a fat eighth package of Kansas Troubles' fabric.

As always I adapted the pattern so that I used my Easy Angle Ruler to make the half squares.

The piecing went fairly quickly!

I tried to keep the quilting gender neutral.  It is so hard to come up with masculine quilts.  Kansas Troubles is my go to fabric for a man quilt!

Linking up with Finish It Up Friday.

  5. That is a nice looking quilt. I have lots of HST's from block exchanges. I could do something like that with all my blocks.
