I hope everyone had a great time with the Stash Buster Blocks. The last block went up at midnight last Sunday, and by noon I had received a picture of a finished quilt top. Way to go Katherin. Linda and Joanne followed shortly thereafter with their finished tops. You women amaze me!!!! Check out our flickr page to see these tops.
I did manage to get my blocks into tops. Somehow I missed taking a picture of one top, so that will follow at a later date.
First up, the reproduction blocks. I had only made 18 blocks in this colour way so I decided to set them on point.
Next, the modern quilt blocks made from V and Co. fabric. The blank blocks up the middle are my space to do a little extra quilting. I just couldn't resist.
From the batik blocks I made two quilts. The first is this one, eight blocks on point. The second one is the missing picture of twelve blocks set with sashing.
Now I just need to find a little time to get these quilts quilted. LOL.
Beautiful quilt tops! Thanks fro sharing. :)

Haven't they turned out well. And your pictures really show how different fabrics and settings can vary to final look.
ReplyDeleteWonderful work.
The love the quilt set on point. Your creative settings look great, too, and are inspiring.
