Hoffman Handpainted Batik Strips

This is my latest creation using one of the new Bali Pops, to be released to stores this month.

Using inspiration from a Moda Bake shop pattern, and my 60 degree ruler, I created this quilt for myself.  I backed it with an orange minky fabric.  It will be the perfect couch quilt.

The quilting was inspired by Angela Walters.  I used a variegated King Tut thread that had orange, yellow, red and pink.  Perfect for this quilt.  I can hardly wait to snuggle under it!

  4. Looks like candy corn. Candy corn brings back wonderful memories of driving with my grandparents to my great grandmother's. Nice quilt!
